The creation of "In Sarlat" stems from this statement. We wanted you to enjoy prestige apartments located in the very heart of this medieval jewel so that you could feel Sarlat. What is In Sarlat?
"In-Sarlat"is managed by Transimmo Real Estate located in the medieval quarter on 16 rue Fenelon groups several high-standing prestige apartments in the medieval center of Sarlat for a minimum of two nights.
In 2009, two new apartments « Cabaret » and « Aladin » will open in Maison Joséphine: « Cabaret », on the second floor, and« Aladin », where you’ll have to the opportunity to purchase all kind of antiques.
Six apartments are already available for rental:
- Maison Fénelon : "Sœurs Fénelon" and Le Boudoir Boudoir rated 3 stars,
- La Maison des Poètes : "Cocteau", rated 4 stars, "Verlaine" and "Rimbaud",
both rated 5 starss.
- La Maison Joséphine : Joséphine, soon to be rated 5 stars.

Sarlat is an exceptional city. Just stroll around its streets and admire its unique architecture, and you’ll realize that Sarlat is a very attractive museum! By the end of the 60s, the city was elected first town eligible for the Loi Malraux; this was probably due to the fact Sarlat ranks number one in France for the number of listed monuments per square meter.

Tourism is one major part of the local economy; more and more visitors come to visit the medieval jewel all the year round, thus considerably favouring its local economy. Your apartment will be part of our rental offer, but we will also put at the disposal of your guests varied services : shuttle to and from the airport, organizing an helicopter flight over the valley of the Dordogne, etc. We will advertise your apartment on numerous media: paper, web, etc. and we will sign marketing agreements with several foreign professional companies dedicated to tourism.
A) "Gestion locative"
We have thought you would like to feel free and comfortable about your rented apartments ; your guests thus become our « exclusive and privileged guests ». Our relationships are based on a simple and detailed contractual relation. We dedicate our best efforts to simplifying every detail: pre-booking on the web, on-line payment, answering emails several times per day, multilingual answers. |
